In late September 2023, amidst a career transition, a simple idea sparked: could artificial intelligence generate a safety case report? This question marked the early development of the now known AI solution, BB-SCR, however, initially the temporary name ‘Black Boots’ was used for the product. This initial name also reflected the military backgrounds of the founders.

Despite exploring various AI-themed alternatives for the company name, Black Boots was favoured. The name ‘Black Boots’ resonated with the team, as it embodied their fundamental approach to being bold, leading, adaptable, committed and knowing.

Just as sturdy boots symbolise dependability in military service, the company stands for trustworthy, robust solutions in building safety.

Today, the Black Boots logo distinguishes us among our competitors. It has become a symbol in representing our commitment to innovation while staying grounded in practical, reliable service.
